    Standard Warranty

    All CESC battery systems are covered by a standard warranty of up to 10 years from the date of commissioning, subject to product series and contract terms.

    Performance Guarantee

    Battery capacity is guaranteed to remain above the specified threshold (typically 80%) throughout the warranty period under normal operating conditions.

    What Is Covered

    Manufacturing defects, component failures under normal use, firmware-related faults and performance degradation beyond the guaranteed threshold.

    What Is Not Covered

    Physical damage, unauthorized modifications, operation outside specified parameters, force majeure events and consumable parts (fuses, fans, filters).

    Extended Warranty

    Extended warranty packages are available for purchase at the time of order or within the first year of commissioning. Contact sales for pricing.
